Abstract:  How does your organization develop and also compete for talent in the market? What skills are key - now and in the future? And how do you continually build your skills/competencies via assignments, career transitions and external relationships to remain an attractive skill-package to a prospective employer?

Join us for the second Net Night on November 18th sponsored by the Princeton Association of NYC (PANYC) and The Princeton Club of New York.

Bill Harwood, Princeton '79, will be our special guest speaker.  His presentation will focus on the importance of the 'talent pipeline'.

The careers we choose, decisions we make along the way, and the network we build to support us are an important part of our life.  We are pleased to be able to bring this important programming and networking opportunity to Princeton alumni in the New York City area.  Come join us!
