Come meet speaker Kathy McCarthy:
Kathleen A. McCarthy is a ten year veteran of executive search consulting, having spent several years with a boutique retained firm in Chicago before starting McCarthy Bertschy & Associates with partner Christopher Bertschy earlier this year.  Prior to this phase of her career, Kathy worked at LaSalle National Bank as a Commercial Lending Officer and at W. W. Grainger, Inc. in Corporate Treasury.  She is a native of Chicago and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Economics and Finance respectively from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
